The Liebster Award

Hello lovelies! I know you're all probably enjoying your holidays with your families. Today I got nominated for the Liebster Award! I'm extremely excited that I got nominated for this award! The award is given to wonderful blogs with less then 200 followers to help spread the word of their amazing sight with other bloggers! How awesome is that? This means so much that I was nominated for it! I was nominated by My Moon River Her blog is so amazing and you should all check it out! Thank you so much for passing this to me!

1. Who is your style icon?

My style icon is Blair Waldorf, the character from Gossip Girl that is played by Leiton Meester. Her style is so gorgeous and classy I just can't resist i!

2. What is a must in your closet?

A must in my closet would have to be my riding boots! They're so classy and chic and I can make almost any outfit with them! I posted about them here if you'd like to check them out!

3. Fashion trend or Individualism?

I don't really follow that many trends, as you can see! I just incorporate a SELECT few that I love into my own personal style! 

4. Which fashion trend will you always ignore?

Hipster, Hipster, and of course HIPSTER! I hate it with a passion because they all claim to be "indie" which is independent. Ok, most of the girl population from 14 to 25 are hipsters! That is the most main-stream ever! If there ever was a true independent style it'd be my own because classy is not that much in style for said demographic. 

5. Who would you love to meet one day?

I would LOVE to meet Condalisa Rice! She is such an aspiring woman who served on the supreme court and she worked HARD to get there! She is my inspiration. 

6. Your favorite designer?

I have a different favorite designer for which item I'm purchasing. If shoes are in question, it'd be Tory Burch all the way! If we are talking about dresses for an event it'd be Elie Saab, her dresses are amazing!

7. Flats or heels?

Heels all the way! They make my legs look fantastic!

8. What is your favorite magazine?

My favorite magazine is VOGUE of course!

9. How did you decided about your blog name?

Ok, well I've loved couture since I was a little girl. Since my name is Charlotte, which also begins with a C, I was like PERFECT! I can use alliteration in the title! 

10. Describe your look in a few words?

My look is classy, elegant, fierce, and modern. 

11. You have one wish for 2013 - what is it?

My one wish is to find the one person that cares about me for me, and no other reason :)
